Update from the GM Search Committee

As we reported to you in the July 15 Food for Thought, the General Manager job description was posted on Indeed, LinkedIn, the Columinate Job Board, and our website on June 20th. The listing ran for 6 weeks and was pulled July 31st after we received 140 applications. The consultant we retained to assist us reviewed the application materials and conducted numerous pre-screening interviews on our behalf. 

In the meantime, the Search Committee has been meeting weekly: we began with developing the questions the Committee and the Board would be asking of those candidates judged a good fit for our Co-op. We also reviewed candidate materials for forty candidates. In the past two weeks, we scheduled online interviews with the most promising among the applicants.
