Round Up For Change

The Brattleboro Food Co-op’s Round Up for Change program was created as a means for local fundraising for non-profit initiatives in Windham County that work in partnership with the Co-op to extend our cooperative’s work and to meet our Ends Policies.

About Round Up For Change

We seek to support local not-for-profit organizations essential to addressing hunger in Brattleboro, Windham County, and our local community.

Through our shoppers' generous donations, we collect donations for two organizations each month and write them a check for use toward the growth of their missions and local programs.

This is entirely a shopper-driven fundraising effort. Our cashiers will ask you if you want to “Round Up” your purchases when you check out. With your consent, your purchase total will be “rounded up” to the nearest dollar, and the difference will be donated to that month’s participating organizations. Those few cents each time you shop at the Co-op add up quickly and have done much good in our community. Thank you!

At the end of each month, the total donation amount is divided equally between the organizations featured.

Round Up Recipients

Donate all month long to these two great organizations!
Thank you for “Rounding Up” a total of $4930 in March 2024, which was split equally between these not-for-profit organizations.
