BOARD, BYLAW, and WORKING SHAREHOLDER DISCOUNT

TOTAL BALLOTS CAST: 1,029: 1,027 on-line ballots, 2 paper ballots. No ballots were invalid.

RESULTS BY CANDIDATE:

Steffen Gillom 853 votes Elected to the Board for a three year term

Mark Adams 773 votes Elected to the Board for a three year term

Joe Giancarlo 701 votes Elected to the Board for a two year term*

*to maintain the proper staggering of Board Terms.

CHANGES TO BYLAWS AND TO WORKING SHAREHOLDER DISCOUNT:

All proposed bylaw changes were approved, and the change to the Working Shareholder discount was ratified. Revised Bylaws can be found at brattleborofoodcoop.coop.
