Melon Grape Salad
- 2-3 cups seedless grapes
- 1 tbsp cantaloupe (scooped out with melon baller)
- 2 cups watermelon or another melon of your choice (cut and scooped out with a melon baller)
- 1/2 cup spearmint or peppermint leaves
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice

Mix fruit together with lemon juice.

Add whole mint leaves and refrigerate for a couple hours.

Remove mint leaves and serve.

For a little extra color, add a handful of berries or substitute berries in place of the grapes.
