Brattleboro Food Co-op 2020 Shopper Survey

The Brattleboro Food Co-op is excited to announce the launch of its 2020 bi-annual Shopper Survey.  All community members are able to participate in this anonymous survey.  It is available to be taken once per person. Participants can share feedback from February 1 – February 29^th.  The survey can be found on the Brattleboro Food Co-op website, Facebook, and can be done in store at Shareholder Services.

The survey consists of four sections: Shopping Patterns, Satisfaction, Personal Characteristics, and Communication.  Constructive, positive and honest feedbacks help drive the Brattleboro Food Co-op forward and supports the national food Co-op’s in compiling data towards understanding what we are doing well and what needs improvement.  The survey takes between 10 and 15 minutes and you will be rewarded with a coupon for $5 off a $25 shopping trip.
