Michele Meulendyk has stepped down from the Co-op’s Board of Directors effective April 30.
Per Board policy, when vacancies occur on the Board, the Board determines (in Executive Session) whether, how, and by when to fill the vacancy. Specifically, the Board must decide whether to appoint someone to fill the remainder of a vacant term or to leave the position open until the next election in the fall of 2026.
