Try Before You Buy: Von Trapp Cheese

At Von Trapp Farmstead, things are done a little differently.

Just fifty heritage breed cows are fed on pasture or hay year-round.

This makes for the most delicious cheese, which, as a four-year-old patron of the Co-op stated, “tastes like grass!”

Stop by and see if you can taste the difference. We will be sampling Mt. Alice, a delicious, gooey, bloomy rind cheese.
