Sourdough Certification Course For Ages 12-18

Two-day class: Tuesday and Wednesday, February 24th and 25th, from 10am-3pm.

Do you love bread? Want to learn how to impress your friends and family with a crusty and delicious loaf? Chef Wilson Kondracki will teach you how to create and care for a sourdough starter, and how to make a dreamy loaf from start to finish. You will also learn how to make irresistible bread dipping oil, legendary grilled cheese sandwiches, and create bread-inspired art with Kate Milliken of the Brattleboro Museum and Art Center. At the end of this two-day class, you will have all the skills to bake great bread, and will also be ready to enter the BreadFest youth baking competition.

Make sure to sign up early; this class is likely to fill up. Registration closes Sunday, February 22nd. In addition to registration, caregivers must complete and submit the waiver form located at this link.
