
Just twenty minutes from the co-op in beautiful Westminster West, Peter, Rachel, and their team make world-class cheese at Parish Hill Creamery. Their cheeses have won nine World Cheese Awards and counting. In August, they released two new cheeses. Come taste them before the judges do! This is like an opportunity to watch Michael Phelps swim before his first Olympic appearance. The contenders: Dandy Charmer (a sheep’s milk cheese taleggio washed in dandelion wine) and Cheshire (made using ancient cultures for the most remarkable flavor). Taste them both on Friday, September 5th, from 11:30 to 1:30 in the cheese department.
