March Melt Off
It’s a melting cheese SHOWDOWN every Wednesday in March! Stop by the Cheese Counter from 11am-2pm every Wednesday to taste two melters FOR FREE and vote on your favorite. Which melting cheese will win the title of MELT OFF CHAMPION? Each week will feature two different cheeses, so you will be able to taste many different cheeses if you participate in each Melt Off! Featured cheeses will also be 10% off at the register on the day of the Melt Off.
What makes a melting cheese? Some cheeses become crumbly when heated, or simply don’t melt at all, like harder, older cheeses. The cheeses best suited for melting have a lot of moisture and a lot of fat, which creates that smooth, stretchy texture we all love.
