
Anyone want a maple cookie? Supporting local hard-working farmers is a dirty job, but somebody’s got to do it. Young chefs will have the opportunity to sample four syrups and choose one to use in their cookie recipe. We will use maple syrup generously donated by Schneski’s, Bunker, Hidden Springs Maple, and Woods Road. While the cookies bake, we will make roasted sweet potato, beet and pomegranate salad.
All chefs must be accompanied by a parent or caregiver. Dietary restrictions are accommodated with advanced notice.
Early registration is recommended to reserve your spot. Registration closes at noon on Friday, November 7th.
