Cooking Class: How to Make English Muffins

Too hot to bake, but still craving that homemade bread flavor? English Muffins to the rescue! Each participant will make a couple of English Muffins to take home and some dough to refrigerate, rise, and make in the morning. Gluten-free and vegan options are available; let us know what you need.
