Gluten-free? Do you miss having flavorful bread with a satisfying crust? Ancient cooking techniques to the rescue! In this four-week class, participants will learn to start and maintain sprouted sourdough, and make flatbreads, tortillas, pasta, pie crust, injera, flapjacks, pizza crust, artisan bread, and cake. Everyone will make four recipes in each class and have plenty of goodies to take and bake at home.
To cover the ingredients, the cost is $45 per person for the series of four classes. Scholarships are available.
