
In this class, students will use homemade puff pastry dough to create a handful of delicacies: chocolate pastries, apple turnovers, and double cheese twists. While the pastries are in the oven, we will make chicken or tempeh salad. The co-op thanks Vermont Creamery for donating the butter for this class.
This class is free, however, registration is required prior to May 7th. Dietary restrictions are accommodated with advanced notice. All chefs must be accompanied by a parent or caregiver. Early registration is recommended to reserve your spot.
