
How would you describe chocolate mousse? Silk, fluffy, bittersweet, mellow, earthy? In this class, we will use an authentic recipe and fair-trade Equal Exchange chocolate. We will prepare a traditional French Crudité plate with mustard vinaigrette to eat while the mousse chills, then dig in and savor the treat mindfully together.
