“Food and cooking is a big thing in Spain, a great part of our culture is based on it. I belong to a family with a long cooking tradition, based on real food and basic non-processed products, which I apply in my day-to-day family life. In this class, I’m excited to show you how to make an authentic Paella, which we will then eat together.”
