Crêpes are a delightful treat that can go both savory and sweet! In the spring, crêpes sarrasin, made from buckwheat flour, invite local seasonal vegetables and cheeses. As summer rolls around, crêpes made from white or gluten-free flour are the perfect foil for local fruit with whipped cream, maple syrup, honey, or even a drizzle of Nutella. Come make both in the company of co-op friends!
