Ukrainian Folk Art Focaccia with Brattleboro Museum and Art Center

Join Lisa of BFC and Kate of BMAC on a beautiful and delicious cooking odyssey! First, we will walk across the street to view a brand-new exhibit of Contemporary Ukrainian Folk Art. Then we will return to the kitchen classroom, where young chefs will decorate focaccia with pictures made from vegetables and herbs. While the bread bakes, we will make some parmesan bread dipping oil.

This is a free class, however, registration is required. Dietary restrictions are accommodated with advanced notice. All chefs must be accompanied by a parent or caregiver. Early registration is recommended to reserve your spot.
