What Would You Tell a Shareholder?

From the Board’s June 2024 meeting

1. We’re very excited about the success of the BFC catering operations!
2. The Annual Meeting is going to be the bomb! We’re excited for it to be in a new space this year (Retreat Farm’s North Barn)
3. We had a productive discussion about providing an extra incentive for shareholders to run for the Board by increasing the discount for serving from 5% to 20% (this would require shareholder approval)
4. We want to encourage shareholders’ involvement and we need to look into more effective ways for the Board to reach out to shareholders.
5. Come to a meeting! The conversation is engaging and informative. Get a feel for board service!
