Special Board of Directors Meeting concerning GM position

These are the minutes of a special BOD Meeting concerning the position of General Manager at the Co-op

Brattleboro Food Co-op Board of Directors

Held via Zoom Monday, December 13, 2021

Directors Present: Calvin Dame, Nick Dickison, Judy Fink, Denise Glover, John Hatton, Michele Meulendyk, Jerelyn Wilson, Johanna Zalneraitis. Staff. Shareholders and Others Present: Board Administrator Sarah Brennan, Columinate consultant Carolee Colter.

Board President Jerelyn Wilson called the meeting to order at 5:32 pm.

At 5:32 pm, Judy moved, and Denise seconded, to go into Executive Session for the purpose of discussing a confidential personnel matter. All Board members plus Sarah Brennan and Carolee Colter were present.

The motion carried unanimously.

At 7:28 pm, Denise moved, and Judy seconded, to exit Executive Session.

The motion carried unanimously.

Judy moved, and Johanna seconded, that we offer Peter Waldmann the position of General Manager of the Brattleboro Food Co-op.

Discussion: none.

The motion carried unanimously.

The meeting was adjourned at 7:36 pm.
