Kimchi Pancake Class with Finallie Ferments

Learn how to make Kimchi pancakes with Allie from Finallie Ferments. Hands on cooking class on Zoom. This is a great class for people of all ages. Kids especially love these pancakes too. Required tools to cook with Allie include a Bowl, frying pan, whisk, spatula, and spoon. Class capacity is ten people. All attendees will receive a bottle of Finallie Ferments Kimchi and a recipe to pick up at the Co-op. Please remember to purchase all other ingredients required for the class.

Allie Dercoli started Finallie Ferments a Vermont farm to fermentation company in 2014. She did so after traveling as a WWOOF for four years all while fermenting and farming.
