Cantaloupe Smoothie

2018 BFC Recipe CantaloupeSmoothie

  • 1 banana
  • 2 cups ripe cantaloupe, chopped
  • 1/2 cup nonfat or low-fat plain yogurt ((Greek or regular, or substitute non-dairy yogurt))
  • 1 1/2 tbsp frozen orange juice concentrate (optional) (If using fresh orange juice, approximately 1/4 cup)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  1. Put all ingredients in blender and puree until smooth. 

  2. Add a few frozen berries or sliced, peeled peaches for a variation.
