It is not easy to be in the dairy industry, and local farmers get creative in keeping their businesses sustainable. How many folks do you know who work all hours of the day, whose competencies include animal care, plumbing, electrical, sanitation, mechanical, agriculture, distribution, and marketing? We love our local foodshed and all that our farmers are doing to support it, while providing remarkable care for their cows and the land they steward. Thank you, farmers!
