Sourdough Bread: Taste and Vote

Here in Vermont, we are very lucky to have access to high-quality local bread made with locally produced flour. In this tasting, you will have the opportunity to vote for your favorite of four levain-style breads. This is great preparation for our upcoming event and baking contest, Bread Fest, where you can meet the makers of some of these very breads!
