This month we are celebrating community at the Co-op. What better way to build community than to invite friends for a meal? We will be making Julia Child’s favorite potato-leek soup, served at room temperature, and either apricot almond tart or cherry clafoutis, depending on what is in season. These dishes can be made ahead so that when your guests arrive, you can focus on connection, conversation, and a baguette with brie.
This is a free class, but registration is required. Dietary restrictions are accommodated with advance notice. Early registration is encouraged to reserve your spot.
