Are you passionate about cookies in general, and meringues in particular? If so, you’ve got to meet Randy, who works in the BFC deli. At least once a week, he brings in a huge batch of cookies – usually meringues of many flavors – to share with co-op staff. According to our back-of-the-napkin calculations, he has made at least 2,500 cookies in the past year.
In this class, he will share his take on his mom’s favorite meringue recipe. His recipe is quick, simple, and reliable.
