Butterworks Farm Dairy, which currently produces yogurt, kefir, heavy cream, and buttermilk, is a Vermont classic.
Since 1977, their yogurt has featured a thick layer of cream on top.
Their closed herd of Jersey cows has access to both a solar barn (sunny in the winter, shady in the summer!) and the great outdoors, which they enjoy at all times of year.
The ladies are 100% pasture-fed, and 90% of the Jersey cows are A2/A2.
