The Beer and Wine Department at the Brattleboro Food Co-op offers superior customer service and knowledge about a vast variety of beer and wine.

We strive to offer up suggestions, pairings, reviews and flavor profiles.

 Beer

We offer over 300 unique craft beers from across the world and over 100 different local craft beers from the state of Vermont. We stock organic and gluten-free beers for those with specific dietary needs. At the Co-op, you can find some of the rarest beers in Vermont as well as some of the most sought after beers from around the globe. We stock Lawson’s Sip of Sunshine and Fiddlehead’s Second fiddle.

On Thursdays at noon we are proud to offer The Alchemist’s Heady Topper and Focal Banger.  While Supplies last with a limit of 3 x 4 packs of each beer.

Please note we do not take pre-orders on the four beers mentioned above.

Wine

Here at the Brattleboro Food Co-op, we offer wines from all over the world as well as the largest organic wine selection in the region. We offer a variety of wines for every budget ranging from $5.99 to $100 a bottle. We offer an everyday wine case discount of 10 percent. You can sample some of our best bargains at our monthly Wine & Cheese Tasting which is always the second Thursday from 4:00 – 6:00 pm. Some of our best selling wines include La Riojana, an organic, Fair Trade and cooperatively-owned wine from Argentina.

Cider

We take deep pride in offering a local, regional and national cider selection that works well with your dietary needs and meal pairing. Some of our favorite ciders are made right here in Vermont such as Whetstone Cider Works and Citizen Cider.
