Everyone is welcome to join us for a virtual yoga class each Wednesday, 12 pm-1 pm.
The classes take place on Zoom.
If you are a shareholder who is interested in becoming one of our yoga teachers in exchange for shareholder hours, contact us at RuthG@BFC.coop. You’ll need certification as a yoga teacher and access to your own professional Zoom account.
