Do you love cheese? Would you like to get to know it better? Our expert cheesemonger Beth Chevalier, CCP ACS, will lead this tasting. Featured cheeses will be from Neal’s Yard Dairy, which travels the countryside to select the best young rounds from 40 cheese makers and then completes the aging process in their facility. It doesn’t get more quaint than this: Neal’s Yard Dairy’s cheese-aging arches are located in old train tunnels a short tube ride away from London Bridge. Tickets are $15 per person.
