2024 Annual Shareholder Meeting Info and Registration

The Annual Shareholder Meeting is being held Saturday, September 21, 2024 at the Retreat Farm North Barn, 45 Farmhouse Square, Brattleboro. We're offering free activities for children aged 4 - 12 , ASL interpretation, and shuttle service - see below for more information.

AGENDA:

  • 10:00 am: Doors open - Coffee/tea/pastries. Engage with Commitment to Community Partners
  • 10:30 am: Business Meeting: reports from Board President Jerelyn Wilson, Treasurer Anneka Kindler, and GM Anthony Santorelli 
  • 11:30 am - 12:00 pm: Commitment to Community Partner and Volunteer Stories/Presentation
  • 12:00 pm - 12:30 pm: Visit our Commitment to Community Partners
  • 12:30 pm: Lunch/Engage with Commitment to Community Partners/Meet Board candidates
  • 1:30 pm: Giveaway winners announced
  • 2:00 pm: End of Meeting
 
Children's activities will run from 10:30 am - 12:30 pm, after which they'll join their parents/caregivers for lunch. Please bring a snack for your child(ren) to have during the activities. 
 
Please fill out this form one time for each shareholder in your household who plans to attend.
 
Registration deadline: September 13. We will leave registration open after this date, but for meal planning purposes we ask that you register no later than the 13th.

Shuttle Service

For those without cars or unable to drive to Retreat Farm we are offering a free shuttle service. The shuttle will depart the Co-op parking lot at 9:45 am, and depart Retreat Farm at 1 pm and again at 2 pm. 
 
You must reserve a spot on the shuttle by 9/18/24 to take advantage of this offer.
 
Please note: do not leave your car in the Co-op parking lot during the Annual Meeting - you risk being towed. The Harris lot, the High Grove lot, and the Transportation Center all offer up to 10 hours of inexpensive parking. Click here for a map of lots and parking rates.

Family Friendly Event!

Bring your kids! We will have numerous supervised kid activities outside, including scheduled Barn Time, visiting the animals, and a walk-up to the Forest Playground.

Please note, children ages 4-12 are welcome to join us in these activities. We are not able to accommodate children younger than 4.

We'll have lots of delicious Co-op-made offerings, including vegan and gluten-free options.

Please note: You must register by 9/13/24 for meal planning purposes. We cannot accommodate food allergies if you register after the 13th.
