Allie loves stinky things, and with your assistance plans to stink up the Cooking Classroom with some easy, fun fermentation methods you can employ in your own kitchen to make sauerkraut, kimchi, pickles, and more. She will also guide you in thinking “outside the jar” with some creative ideas to make your ferments unique. We will taste and experience some of her own creations as well.
