Join Allie, from FinAllie Ferments (our May 2019 Producer of the Month), to learn how to preserve your favorite produce through fermentation. Allie loves stinky things, and with your assistance plans to stink up the Cooking Classroom with some easy, fun fermentation methods you can employ in your own kitchen to make sauerkraut, kimchi, pickles, and more. She will also guide you in thinking “outside the jar” with some creative ideas to make your ferments unique. We will taste and experience some of her own creations as well. Brattleboro Food Co-op Kitchen Classroom, Canal St. entrance. This class is free for all, but you must register, and soon -this class fills up quickly!: 802-246-2821 or Shareholders@BrattleboroFoodCoop.coop.
