Cantaloupe Smoothie
- 1 banana
- 2 cups ripe cantaloupe, chopped
- 1/2 cup nonfat or low-fat plain yogurt ((Greek or regular, or substitute non-dairy yogurt))
- 1 1/2 tbsp frozen orange juice concentrate (optional) (If using fresh orange juice, approximately 1/4 cup)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Put all ingredients in blender and puree until smooth.

Add a few frozen berries or sliced, peeled peaches for a variation.
