Chia Seed Pudding

What you will need:

  • 2 cup canned coconut milk (we prefer Field Day organic)
  • 1/2 cup 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup (or less) maple syrup (or a sweetener of your choice)
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder

What to do:

  1. Blend all ingredients by hand or in a blender.
    If done with a blender hold off on the chia seeds until after other ingredients are mixed, then whisk the chia in.
  2. Pour mixture into a glass jar and let sit for a minimum of four hours.
    Can be awesome with granola or on its own as a dessert!
