Pangaea Sushi was a smash hit from the first day it appeared at the Brattleboro Food Coop in October.

There is a good reason why some member of the Co-op staff is often seen with a package (or two!) of Pangaea’s sushi for their lunch (or breakfast!).

Su Su, the owner of Pangaea Sushi, will host a tasting of her sushi products near the Grab & Go island cases near the deli on Thursday, April 13th, from 1:30 pm – 3:30 pm.
