We’re months away from food truck season but one afternoon away from a hot, crispy dosa of your own creation. In this hands-on class, Nash and Leda will show you how to cook their gluten-free, vegan dosa batter into scrambled egg dosas, maple dosa pancakes, dosa waffles, and more. You’ll leave with the tools to become your family’s dedicated dosa chef!
Nash Patel and Leda Scheintaub are the owners of Dosa Kitchen Food Truck and Factory and the authors of Dosa Kitchen: Recipes for India’s Favorite Street Food. You can find their prepared dosa batter at the co-op in the deli case next to the tortillas. Their website is www.dosakitchen.com.
