Join a different teacher each week on Zoom for a free yoga class, every Wednesday at noon. We’re happy to offer this service to the public until it becomes safe to resume our in-person classes in our Community Room - space in a virtual classroom is limitless! We are very lucky to have locally made, delicious pudding for sale at the Brattleboro Food Coop. Echo Farm Pudding is made from the milk of heritage breed cows right across the river in Hinsdale, NH. Stop by to meet Beth and find your favorite flavor of pudding on Saturday, April 8th from 1:00 to 4:00 pm.

Try Before You Buy: Pangaea Sushi (April Producer of the Month Demo)

Pangaea Sushi was a smash hit from the first day it appeared at the Brattleboro Food Coop in October. There is a good reason why some member of the Co-op staff is often seen with a package (or two!) of Pangaea's sushi for their lunch (or breakfast!). The only thing better than Pangaea Sushi is FREE Pangaea Sushi! Su Su, the owner of Pangaea Sushi, will host a tasting of her sushi products near the Grab & Go island cases near the deli on Thursday, April 13th, from 1:30 pm - 3:30 pm. Come to meet the wonderful force behind this fantastic business, which serves fresh sushi at three local co-ops and counting!

Come to the Co-op and try some (new to the Co-op) artisan Vermont-made cheese-style products that have been the talk of the BFC staff from the very first taste! Ric from Nourish of Saint Albans, VT, will be at the Co-op to give folks the chance to try Nourish's sumptuous cheese alternative products. We will be offering tastings of their: Vegan/Gluten-Free Artisan Bleu Vegan/Gluten-Free Artisan Brie Artisan Feta Crumbles We will be offering a few other products if they are available as well. This is a rare treat to try a brand-new product at the coop! Don't miss it!
