Effective immediately, all shareholders doing volunteer work are able to report their completed hours digitally at bfc.coop/reporthours.
No more emails, slips of paper, or waiting for someone to submit them on your behalf. Simply fill out the online form and your hours will be confirmed with work-site supervisor(s). Please allow for at least 72 hours for your time to be applied.
We are paying out Patronage. You will receive a letter in the mail and/or an email. If we don’t have a valid email or mailing address, the letter will be held at the Customer Service desk.
As a cooperative, we exist to serve our member shareholders and the community. Patronage dividends are a traditional way for co-ops to share profits with their members. We are proud to report that thanks to the loyalty and support of our shareholders we experienced strong financial performance for the fiscal year 2022 (June 2021-June 2022).

Working Shareholder Volunteer Hours Update
We’re offering work credit to Shareholders in exchange for making masks to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. Here are two patterns two of our employees have been using – if you have a different pattern you’d like to use, go right ahead!
This past Wednesday, April 24th, we had a spectacular sale: everything in the entire Bulk department was discounted by 25%. One of our morning cashiers told Emily it was like the opening day of Star Wars; Sue compared to Black Friday. People were practically camped out overnight, waiting for our doors to crack open at 7am.
