March 17, Class #1 This class will focus on Herbal and Dietary Strategies to support kids’ digestive and immune systems.

March 24, Class #2 This class will focus on the 5 Element Theory and how these are reflected in kids’ personalities, behaviors and health.

March 31, Class #3 This class will focus on cooking with the Elements and making her recipes for teas, broths and nourishing foods.
