We try to offer Gluten Free and vegan recipes when possible.
The recipes demonstrated and available to taste, incorporate Vermont’s Harvest of the Month vegetable (when possible) along with special and healthy foods featured at the Co-op during the month from our in-store circular, Co+op Deals, Co+op Basics, the mid-month Fresh Deals Flyer, Co+op Deals coupons and bulk treasures. We also incorporate the featured foods in the Food For Thought; grains, herbs, beans, flours, etc. Other seasonal and local ingredients are used when suitable.
