Assad Akhlaqi will lead this class with the intention of bridging the Afghan and US cultures through food. We will make traditional Kabuli Pulao, a colorful dish including rice, carrots, raisins, meat and nuts, as well as other dishes served at Assad’s home during the spring holidays.
