Beginner Sauerkraut Class
Learn how to make Sauerkraut with Allie from Finallie Ferments. She will walk you through the step by step process of making DIY Sauerkraut in your kitchen via Zoom. Hands on cooking class. Required tools to prepare Sauerkraut with Allie include knife, cutting board, quart glass jar, bowl, and compost bucket. The two ingredients for preparing Sauerkraut are cabbage and salt. Zoom from your kitchen! Class capacity is ten people.

All attendees will receive free cabbage, salt and recipe to be picked up at the Co-op a few days prior the class.

Allie Dercoli started Finallie Ferments a Vermont farm to fermentation company in 2014. She did so after traveling as a WWOOF for four years all while fermenting and farming.
