Free Yoga Class on Zoom
Free Yoga Class on Zoom
Free yoga for everyone! Today's Link Passcode: 886819 > Thank you to our wonderful teachers namaste ~ Lunchtime Yoga is still open to the public! Join a different teacher each week on Zoom for a free yoga class, every Wednesday at noon. We’re happy to offer this service to the public until it becomes safe to resume our in-person classes in our Community Room - space in a virtual classroom is limitless! During normal times, we’re unable to do this because of limited space, and we offer it as a perk for being a Shareholder of our co-op. Learn more about becoming a Shareholder View our full website calendar for all events.

Little Ones Cooking Class
Get ready for the blueberry season by learning how to make scones! We'll use a delicious Vermont recipe created by Meg of Stonyfield Yogurt. Kids will measure, mix, crack eggs, stir, and more! Scones are delicious served with plenty of butter for brain development (hey, we adults have brains to keep top-notch, too!). Plenty of warm scones will be eaten in class, and families will also take scone batter home to bake. Registration required. Ages 0-8 years old with a parent.
